Brand manager
Fulltime • Remote
What You’ll Do

  • Developing and executing global marketing strategies built on actual research, audience insights, and deep brand positioning for games that laugh in the face of genre constraints
  • Planning and running global activations including industry events, media showcases, and digital stunts
  • Concepting and overseeing creative campaigns, especially weird experimental activations designed to haunt a player’s brain for weeks
  • Creating and maintaining timelines across marketing ops including production schedules, asset drops, and beats calendars to keep momentum strong
  • Collaborating with developers, artists, and external partners to bring assets to life: key art, promos, videos, memes, even the cursed ones we can’t explain in public
  • Working with other dangerously smart gremlins across production and community to keep the vibes aligned and the chaos controlled (mostly)

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience in the games industry (ideally indie, we like it scrappy and weird)
  • At least 1 game shipped on Steam and/or game consoles
  • A strategic mind that can turn business goals into campaigns people actually care about
  • A solid grip on brand building and storytelling: voice, tone, aesthetics, emotional hooks
  • Experience running full campaigns from idea to execution across social, video, community, press, live events etc.
  • A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to craft campaigns that hit. We’re talking emotion, identity, reach
  • Comfortable creating concepts and creative briefs across multiple mediums
  • Excellent communication skills: you can pitch, persuade, and collaborate across teams
  • A love for gaming culture and community, with bonus points if you’re deep into horror, anime, or niche internet rabbit holes
  • Fluent English speaker/writer. Other language skills? Big plus
  • You cherish shitposting as an artform
